One of differences between traditional steel structure shed and light&tight steel structure shed is：

Because of weight and other reasons, traditional steel shed is always designed with columns in middle part of shed, as shown in the photo.

1st. It causes that we have to reserve space for those middle columns. Actually the rearing area is shrunk with that.

2nd. Middle columns are exposed, so the corrosion risk will be increased.It will affect service life of steel shed.

But light&tight steel shed is different, there is no middle column in our light&tight steel shed.we distribute the load to side columns equally by design and material.Also we cover the side columns tightly with steel sidewall panels.Column coating protection and tightly covered with panels.those could reduce corrosion risk greatly.
